On your first visit we require you to bring proof of Washington County residency; name, birthdate and social security card of every member in the household

Concern is equipped to distribute an emergency food supply to each Washington County family every 30 days.  Enough food will be received for each family member to eat 3 meals a day for about 4 days.  You will need to wait at least 30 days between visits.  If in supply we can also help with personal and hygiene.  Food is distributed Monday through Thursday between the hours of 11 am and 2:30 pm.  Last food order taken at 2:15 pm.

Concern operates on a limited budget and may assist any Washington County household with up to $150 each calendar year.  Payment is made directly to the service provider.

• Utility Disconnect:  Disconnect or past due notice is required.  Bill must be paid down to the last $150.  Account number and applicant phone number is required.  PSO POWER PAY will be funded with $75 in the first half of the year and $75 in the second half of the year only.
• Prescriptions:  Concern contracts with Homeland Pharmacy, Boulevard Pharmacy and Express RX to provide prescription assistance.  We can not financially assist you with pain medications or narcotics.  Bring your prescription information.
• Rent:  Concern may assist with an eviction.  Bring in eviction notice.
• State ID:  An original state ID may be provided on a one-time basis.  CONCERN does not pay for renewals but may cover a stolen identification.​

Financial assistance is given during our business hours of Monday through Thursday between 11 am and 2:30 pm.
